Refund Policy

Our refund policy for all purchases made on our website is based on the percentage of the course or courses you have completed. If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased from us, you are eligible for a reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase. After the 14-day period, you will  no longer be eligible to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product(s) or service(s) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure they fit your needs. NOTE: Your refund will reflect the percentage of the course(s) or bundle(s) you have completed. If you have completed 10% of the course(s) or bundle(s), you will receive a 90% refund, and the percentage of the refund will go down in proportion to the percentage of the course(s) or bundle(s) you have completed.
