If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased from us, you are eligible for a reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase. After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product(s) or service(s) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure they fit your needs. NOTE: Your refund will reflect the percentage of the course(s) or bundle(s) you have completed. If you have completed 10% of the course(s) or bundle(s), you will receive a 90% refund, and the percentage of the refund will go down in proportion to the percentage of the course(s) or bundle(s) you have completed.
